Lisa was one of the most helpful service workers Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with! I cant speak highly enough about her. The process for online check in and the in person check in is straight forward. They arent trying to nickel and dime you and the 7 day notice for cancellation makes it easy to cancel when you need to. Just watch the videos and youll be good. They sell locks on site, combo and key. Security is very good.

Great online experience, really clear that the team have put some great work into their tech. The staff were exceptional at the Liverpool branch, not only being clear on what to do, but being friendly, understanding and above all caring. Big shout out to Sian! The facilities and systems were clean, easy to use and very professional. From a practical point of view, the moving trolleys are a godsend and make loading a trivial task. I never though Id be an advocate for self storage, but Big Yellow have converted me!

Great selection of storage units, great staff (the two ladies who dealt with my enquiry and who showed me the ropes were extremely helpful and went above and beyond even though it was extremely busy and they were short on staff), and a great flexibility should anyone need to downsize or upsize. Also prices are very competitive. The opening hours are tricky but you can pay for later access which is handy (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars). I would definitely recommend :)

Dropped off my belongings into a locker here yesterday and the service was amazing! I was greeted by Lisa who made me feel right at home and took me for a little tour and showed me all my options as well as how to use the facilities. After popping to my locker we began to fill out the paperwork at the desk accompanied by the rest of the team (Luke, Roxy and Dave) who all helped advice me on the easiest ways to get back with all my things and the best taxi ranks (something much better to hear from the locals!

Really helped!) Through completing everything everyone was so lovely and warming! Was even sat down with a decent cup of tea which is something you 100% need after a long stressful day!

I had my stuff stored for 2 months there and I felt so much happy with the service. The location in L13 5TF Liverpool is easy to find. The staff are really wonderful. I dealt with Roxy, Dave, Luke and Lisa. Roxy is really a lady, she is so helpful and understanding. They always asked me if I needed help and meant it. If you want cost effective, clean, easy access storage then you can't go wrong with Big Yellow Self Storage. Quick phone call and l'd reserved a locker. Submitted all the registration documents online and had a quick registration chat with the team onsite. Staff are chatty and knowledgable. Also administered first aid when one of my sherpers tried to chop a finger off. Couldn't ask for more

Recently moved for a job and needed to store some of my belongings, this was the place that was convenient for me, as I was hoping to get a flat nearby. Although accessible until 6 pm (i think, dont quote me on this) I found the place secure, accessible and clean. Not the cheapest self-storage but the location worked well for me.
